- PC must have used Johnson & Johnson or Shower to Shower talcum powder for 3 or more years continuously in the genital area
- PC must have been diagnosed with either Ovarian Cancer, Primary Peritoneal Cancer, or Fallopian Tube Cancer as the primary cancer
- PC must have been originally diagnosed in 2006 to present
- PC must not have a history of the qualifying cancer prior to talc use
- PC must not have tested positive for BRCA1 and BRCA2 (if known)
- PC must be 80 or younger at sign up
- PC must be a female
- PC must not be currently represented by an attorney
- If deceased, death SOL applies
