Medallion Kitchens of Minnesota, File No. 604-16-9726, a Workers' Compensation Court Judge in his Findings, to a case where he was requiring other party to pay his attorney fees said: the results obtained were excellent and Mr. Murrin is clearly a skilled practitioner entitled to charge this hourly rate ... The Compensation Judge finds that Mr. Murrin, on the basis of his experience and skill as a trial lawyer is entitled to charge the rate of .... per hour, the amount of time put in, however, to be measured against the results obtained. In this case, the result was excellent and Mr. Murrin should not be punished for being a diligent advocate of his client."
